I forgive you who stole my pencil case.. Cuz I have more good stuffs on me
I actually expect nothing from this cliche Experimental Hip-Hop / Trap album, the artist collab, the length, it’s just nothing me-coded. In one side of the coin, this is sounds unfinished, not enough developed or memorable due the short length, very predictable and repetitive, and sometimes annoying overlapping ending of the song. In other side, the production and beats is pretty much done, the vocal flows is enjoyable, also cohesive, not to including some random sound effect sometimes (not laugh).
Just like an fan service for Plugg and Trap lover, not for someone who likes an full concept album. But if the content given is more, I would like it better. That’s why UTILITY is simply better than POMPEII, the content is more acceptable. There’s always the time when I feels some song too short or too long in same time.
POMPEII // Repeat value: 6/10 // Uniqueness: 7/10 // Cohesiveness: 8/10 // Tracklist: 6/10 // Artwork: 10/10 // Killers: 7/10 // There’s filler interference: 6/10 // Favorite tracks: NOT 4TW, Minty, F.E.A.R., Back Home, Kirkland, Man of the Month
UTILITY // Repeat value: 6/10 // Uniqueness: 7/10 // Cohesiveness: 8/10 // Tracklist: 6/10 // Artwork: 10/10 // Killers: 8/10 // There’s filler interference: 7/10 // Favorite tracks: :( again :), Home on the Range, React, Hot Water (Cahuilla), Tour de France, Book of Eli, AOK
Then I realize this is not my stuff.
